At Tenant Link we pride ourselves on helping tenants find the right place to live and call home
Taking a property
If you find a property with Tenant Link, we try our best to make the process as easy as possible for you. We do however have to collect and perform certain obligations for our landlords which include vetting all tenants. Before we enter into this process we ask for a holding retainer equivalent to one weeks rent on the property, this gives us 15 days to complete references and ensures the property can not be let to some one else during this time. Once all the terms have been agreed and references have been completed we will draft an assured short hold tenancy agreement for a minimum of six months.
