I AM LOCKED OUT

If you have lost your keys or have locked yourself out during office opening hours (Monday – Friday), you are welcome to pick up a spare key by leaving a deposit, bank card or similar. The item will be returned to you once you return our keys.

We only hold keys for managed properties and are unable to assist with Let Only properties where you pay your rent directly to your landlord.

If you live in a property managed by Tenant Link and you are locked out due to a malfunction of the lock during out of working hours, you will need to contact our locksmith directly – We Are Locksmith 02380336468 or use your own locksmith. You will need to cover the cost or provide an invoice detailing the lock has malfunctioned and a reimbursement will be given.

You will be responsible for all costs associated for lost keys or where there is no malfunction found by the locksmith.
